What are your goals?: My goal is to help people achieve their weight management goals via sharing, learning, mentoring, and supporting each other. Overweight and obesity are a global problem with individual consequences.

What is your current exercise routine?: My exercise routine consists of fast walking and strength training.

What diets have you tried?: I don't believe in diets. I think diets are a short term solution, and, for the most part, don't work. I firmly believe making small changes in my lifestyle is the only way to see long term results.

What things do you want to do before you die?: Have time to relax and read, read, and then read some more.

What is your favorite book?: Choosing a favorite book is like choosing a favorite place to visit. It's not possible.
