What are your goals?
My goal is to help people achieve their weight management goals via sharing, learning, mentoring, and supporting each other. Overweight and obesity are a global problem with individual consequences.
What is your current exercise routine?
My exercise routine consists of fast walking and strength training.
What diets have you tried?
I don't believe in diets. I think diets are a short term solution, and, for the most part, don't work. I firmly believe making small changes in my lifestyle is the only way to see long term results.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Have time to relax and read, read, and then read some more.
What is your favorite book?
Choosing a favorite book is like choosing a favorite place to visit. It's not possible.

I tried to join 'Weight1minute'; but there was a glitch, and I was unable to sign up.
My goal is to reduce flab. Although my weight has not increased much, I know that muscle has diminished and fat replaced it. A new year / new decade is a great time to start. Also it's our summer and we're having balmy weather!
