I am a married ( almost 6 years) fitness enthusiast with 2 small children. My family takes healthy eating and exericse sersiously, but are looking to find the balance on eating well w/o going too crazy!
To be happy and healthy and to teach my kids the same.

Just about anything....but not a lot of country!
Favorite TV Shows:
Heroes, The Mentalist, The Biggest Loser, The Young and the Restless.
I also get sucked into a lot of the reality shows. I can't help myself.
What is your current exercise routine?
I am currently training for a a 25k....so I am running a few times a week. I also teach 8 gorup exercise a week and try to lift weights on my own 3 times a week.
Thanks Marcia! People have said the same things to me, but I'm not teaching. I've just finally started to slow down at almost 37 weeks. Wish me good luck...I'm due on Jan. 7th.
