I take acetyl l-carnitine with alpha lipoic acid. After I had radiation and chemo treatments last year I found that these two supplements combined help me rid my body of imflammation. I have taken the CoQ10 and need to add that to my regimen.

Day 7 on The Fitness Journey

What makes you fat?

Simply put we eat more calories than we burn off in a day’s time. Take for instances a person that drives a truck for a living and has to unload and load all day long.
