Day 7 on The Fitness Journey

Now one of the things you have to remember when you are on a journey, time to time you will stop to take a break or a rest stop. So the last few days I was not writing I was taking a break lol.

I will tell you what I did, because then you will see that even when you are on a break you still adhere to the guidelines, so that when you return you do not have to make up lost ground. Working Out At Home

I was reading my Facebook the other day, and one of my friends mentioned he was going to workout at home and I thought what a great topic.

Now take a person that sits all day at their job in a call center, talking to people all day long.… Continue

Do Nothing From Factional Motives

So last Friday Cecil, my husband and I set out to regain our fitness status of fit and healthy. I might have mention last year we spent it overcoming cancer. During my cancer treatment I was fortunate and gained weight. About 40-50 pounds. So one of his ways of supporting me was to gain weight with me (and that was sweet). Now back to the gaining 40-50 pounds. Through my fitness training I have learned muscle and fat cells have memory. That means you body remembers all your stationary weights.… Continue

The Easy Way to Lose Fat!

So you say you want to lose weight. Most people really want to lose unwanted fat. There is a difference. Fat is the culprit that causes a lot of unwanted diseases along with just making you look undesireable. So below I will give you the answer. But first I must say, when I was 40 I weighed close to 200 pounds. I got tired of being fat. Now I was exercising, but to no avail I was still fat. So then I got a clue. I recognized that maybe it was not the exercising that was causing the problem, but… Continue
