I was pretty much fat my whole life, or I at least always remember people pinching my cute chubby cheeks since I was at least three. It wasn't until after I became a chronic disease and behavioral epidemiologist did I realize the effect of my unhealthy dietary habits and sedentary lifestyle. I decided to take action and blog about my weight loss efforts in an open forum. Since I started this journey, I've lost about 75 pounds.
