What are your goals?

lose 50 pounds (currently down 10), get healthy, get in shape, have more energy, do the things I used to do and love (but have missed oh so much)!!

Favorite Music:

Trampled by turtles, regina spektor, black eyed peas (best workout music), the beatles, fabulous poodles, reel big fish, etc.

Favorite TV Shows:

The biggest loser, glee, how i met your mother

What is your current exercise routine?

30-60 minutes of cardio everyday + abs, arms, glutes, every other day.

I do water aerobics every mon and wed for an hour.

If there are no fun classes at the gym I will run on my elliptical.... i might start getting into zumba :)

What diets have you tried?

scaresdale medical diet (NEVER DO IT IT'S HORRIBLE FOR YOU), and weight watchers.. I LOVE weight watchers :)

What things do you want to do before you die?

travel the world, become a "well known" photographer, live a happy healthy life with my lovely man Aaron :)
