My short term goal is to lose 35 pounds to reach my goal weight of 200 lbs. I'm only 35 lbs away at the time of this writing.
What is your current exercise routine?
Body for Life routine - 6 days of exercise a week. 3 days of weights. 3 days of cardio/running. I lose 40+ lbs doing this last year, but backslid. I'm doing it again and plan on losing the remaining 35 lbs.
Great site, and I see you're doing the 100 push-up challenge. I hope you keep us updated via the 100 push-up discussion group here on Iowa Avenue..............:)
