Help other people see that good nutrition for kids doesn't have to be difficult, sneaky, or expensive.
What is your current exercise routine?
Stairs every 10 minutes all day long carrying a 23 pound kid or sometimes a 23 pound kid and a 30 pound kid at the same time. Muscle definition in my arms and legs is awesome!
