What is your current exercise routine?

I lift weights every other day and I do crunches on days that I don't lift weights.

And I also walk a lot on a daily basis.

What diets have you tried?

I don't like diets. I just try to eat smart. And if I over eat (especially on holidays) then I just workout twice as more. Lol. : )

What things do you want to do before you die?

I want to travel to Israel (the holy land) before I die. : )

What is your favorite book?

My favorite book is obviously The Holy Bible. : )
