I am a mother of 3 boys, ages 4, 7 and 16 yrs old and a fitness & nutritional consultant. I am a Beachbody Coach! I started my very own lifestyle change and fitness journey in Dec. 2009 and love sharing the gift of health with others!

What are your goals?

My goal is to personally help get the world fit-one person at a time :)

What is your current exercise routine?

I am using numeruos Beachbody programs right now-from Insanity to P90X!!!

What diets have you tried?

I have tried them all but am glad to stay I have quit dieting and have learned to live A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

What things do you want to do before you die?

I would love to travel some more.
