What are your goals?
I passed my first goal which was to lose 50 pounds. Now for my next goal is another 50 pounds. I want to feel good about myself from the inside out.

everything currently I am counting calories based off of the South Beach Diet.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Fly, hike, visit my family back home, travel to Europe, go on a honeymoon etc... (to be updated)
