Weights 3 times week
Cardio HIIT--3 times week
What diets have you tried?
What haven't I tried would be a shorter list. I don't diet anymore. I eat clean and have a cheat meal once or twice a week.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Take Ballet lessons, hike the Canyon, swim with Dolphins, snow ski, wear a bikini!
What is your favorite book?
The Bible, The Godmakers, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle
