What is your current exercise routine?
Meditation daily. I power walk about 9 miles daily except for Sunday or bad weather, which in Southern California is very unlikely. I walked the Los Angeles Marathon in 7 hours and 45 minutes - 17 minute miles - 26.2 miles!
Looking to compete in the Long Beach Marathon in October.
What diets have you tried?
Diets that I didn't work or quit.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Be at a normal, healthy weight. Live to the ripe old age of 102 years. To fall completely in love - I will love and have no fear.

One that I am editing and the one that I haven't written yet.
