Sophie's wholemeal spelt & blueberry breakfast muffins
I love making these healthy superb muffins. They contain: Kéfir, wholemeal spelt flour, broken linseeds, sesame seeds, blueberries, agave syrup, rolled oats, corn meal, canola oil, baking powder & 2 beaten eggs. That's it! They really fill you up & they are super healthy!
Recipe: For 15 muffins
Ingredients:
240 gr of organic wholemeal spelt flour
45 gr of full rolled oats

Sophie's vegetarian haloumi burger with all of its trimmings!
Recipe: For 4 haloumi burgers
Ingredients:
** For the burger:
1 block of haloumi cheese, pad dry on kitchen peper, cut into 4 thick slices or more
50 gr of panko breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten loose
4 tablespoons of flour, seasoned with grinded black pepper & Maldon sea salt
** For the rest:
bought mayonaise or home made
1 heaped tablespoon of Dijon mustard
2 little Gem lettuce, cleaned, washed, spun dry & leaves torn
