This year my running goals have been shattered already...now I'm training for my first half marathon in November, hoping to finish in under 2 hours. I also rock climb and am currently climbing at a 5.9/5.10a level for toproping and ~V0-V2 level in bouldering. Hoping to get better and stronger as the year goes on...

What is your current exercise routine?
I run ~5x a week and climb ~2x a week currently...My runs average 2-3 miles at a 9:30 pace and climbing normally happens 2 nights a week in my local rock climbing gym. I try to get outside to climb about 1x a month when it's nice out...
What diets have you tried?
I don't do "fad" diets...I support lifestyle changes...I just track what I eat and try to get good protein and fiber levels each day
