The Inside Scoop on Agave Nectar

By Andrew Behrendt, Natural Solutions magazine

What Your Sleep Position Says About You

Starfish? Soldier? Yearner? How do you sleep? I fall firmly into the Fetus category of sleeping positions–curled up on my side–which, according to researchers at the Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service, suggests that I am a tough cookie with a sensitive heart. (And yes, it’s true…underneath it all I am a big… Continue

Brown rice and broccoli pilaf

That's a perfect dish for me because it uses brown rice originally so I don't have to substitute it and change cooking time.

You can use white rice but it will cook in only 20 minutes + 10 more minutes to cook the broccoli.

Ingredients:

* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 2 shallots, minced
* 1 1/2 c… Continue

Didn't mean you cooked fish....The Missus eats vegetarian with fish, hence the fishetarian. That basically means she cooks a lot of tofu dishes and seitan and tempeh...and since she does dinner duty, that's what I eat. So I'm sure she'll love getting new ideas from your site (in the vegetarian route). Sometimes my Irish english doesn't come out right!
