About Me:: I live in San Jose in the capital of the Silicon Valley in California. I became vegetarian in the late 80's.

I enjoy cooking healthy recipes for my family, blogging about healthy meals, making easy soaps for my friends, reading about health and nutrition, and walking almost everyday.

Favorite Music:: The 80's to listen during the day and Enigma when I need to relax

Favorite TV Shows:: I like the cooking show "Made in Spain" by Jose Andres, a Spanish chef who brought Tapas (small plates) to America. His recipes are not all vegetarian but I can always get the best ones from him or make them vegetarian with the meat substitutes from the market.

What is your current exercise routine?: Walking, going up the hills, and some stretching

What diets have you tried?: I don't diet but eat right.

What things do you want to do before you die?: Go to Europe, Middle East and have my own business

What is your favorite book?: I do not have any in particular but enjoy reading cooking & Ancient History books. Right now, I am reading different books about nutrition.
