I have have about 10 pounds to lose but I want to lose them in a healthy way. I love to exercise but there are times that I need motivation to get out the door. Eating healthy is by far what I need the most help with.
What are your goals?
To lose around 10 to 12 pounds.
Continue to exercise.
Tone.
Eat healthy and learn to cook healthy meals.

I like all sorts of music.
Favorite TV Shows:
As much as I hate to admit it, I love reality TV.
What is your current exercise routine?
Running, elliptical, lifting.
Cardio is much easier for me than weight training.
What diets have you tried?
I have never stuck with a diet to truly say I have tried one.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Learn Spanish.
Run for political office of some sort.
Get married.
Have a child.
Travel the world.
And many other things.
What is your favorite book?
I love so many books, but one of my favorites is Catcher in the Rye.
