Started wellness facilities, developed personal training programs for fitness centers including Gold's gym, managed fitness programs for country clubs, founded the first fitness management company to specialize in fitness programming for assisted living facilities in South Florida. Sold the company in 2005. Author of the new book Live Smart ( available at lulu.com ). Invited into membership in Sigma XI, the prestigious international scientific research & honor society as a student for research on the hypothalamus.
