About Me:

I've decided not to do the Team Challenge because my heart wasn't in it. Instead I'm going to walk for JDF--Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

I have a connection to JDF through my late son. He was diagnosed as a diabetic at the age of 9 months and he lived for 23 years with the disease. I watched as it ravaged my son's body, only for him to keep fighting until he couldn't anymore.

Warren Jr. died April 28, 2005 of a heart attack caused by Juvenile Diabetes. He was on dialysis before he died and had lost sight in one eye. I am posting this link so you may find it in your heart to donate to find a cure.

What is your current exercise routine?

walking 2 miles per day

What diets have you tried?

None really. I have changed my eating habits, cutting out fried foods, fast foods and things that will make me sick. I no longer eat pork or salt, because I have high blood pressure. And since my surgery in March, I no longer can tolerate greasy foods. Which is good for me.

What things do you want to do before you die?

Travel to many exotic beaches
