My short term goal is to help as many people as I can, even in a small way to quit smoking cigarettes and stay quit, through information and support on my site.

What is your current exercise routine?
Lifting weights and cardio at least 5 times per week (more if I can fit it in).
What diets have you tried?
Just proper nutrition .. which is an on-going learning experience.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Travel most of the world, have a big victory garden where everyone is welcome and help people to understand why they should be eating this way and not fast food. Teach people how to cook veggies (I think many people have forgotten)
What is your favorite book?
That is a tough one
