We all need a reason (or two) to get up off the couch sometimes. Even fitness trainers sometimes need help finding the motivation to workout. Whether our occasional lack of desire is due to stress, recent illness, or just pure laziness; we all need that extra push sometimes. It's been over 20 yrs since I did a pageant and lot's has changed since then.
