What are your goals?
I'd like to help the world take care of themselves. I want to help make the world a more healthy place for future generations.
What is your current exercise routine?
cardio 5x per week - elliptical, treadmill, hiking
yoga, pilates, free weights, body weight exercises 3x per week
What diets have you tried?
Eating right and working out is the only diet that works for the long haul. It's important to have good nutrition habits not just to lose weight, but to live well. I always recommend to others to simply eat properly and feel more healthy.
What things do you want to do before you die?
I want to pursue my goal of offering health and fitness information and motivation to the world!
