- What are your goals?
- My hope is that being open and honest about my weight struggles will help me stay accountable and also help me become an example & an inspiration to many people out there that are struggling to figure out this puzzle called fat loss.
So what is my MAIN goal? To get down to 18% -20% body fat — IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW MUCH I WEIGH.
- Favorite Music:
- I LOVE music. Amazing vocals, Salsa, Hip-hop, R&B, Motown, soul, jazz, blues, rock, rap, country, acoustic guitars, good drum beats, classical, Gospel. I pretty much dip my toes into everything... just depends the type of mood I'm in.
- Favorite TV Shows:
- ESPN is on almost ALL the time. Some guilty pleasures are: American Idol, House, 24, Who's line is it anyway, Miami Ink, L.A. Ink. Food Network, The History Channel, Discovery Channel & the Travel Channel, Comedy re-runs: Friends, Fresh Prince, Just Shoot Me, King of Queens.

What are you doing?
I totally agree with you Barbara! Fage is delicious! I use it for curries, dressings, or by itself. Greek yogurt is much better than regular :)
SPlenda and Equal and artificial sweeteners are a big NO in my world. I know two holistic nutritional biochemists and both tell me "no way." Raw honey and agave seem to be okay to use in moderation.
Nasty taste? Wow..have you tried Fage? I try to avoid ALL dairy, but every now and then allow myself a dollop of Greek Fage yogurt. I love it. It tastes like rich creamy sour cream.
