I'm a top fitness trainer and instructor in New York City, and an avid fitness enthusiast. If it's about moving your body and having fun, I'll do it. I teach, run, bike, roller blade, play tennis, swim, and this winter will be my second on the wintery slopes snowboarding. I am SO STOKED!!! :D
To communicate to the world how much fun it is, and what better a life you get to have if you just take care of your body. Exercise cures so many ills. I'm trying to get people to see through all their little excuses, get up off the couch, and just DO it! You'll thank me later! ;)

It varies. Been into power walking lately, but now I'm going back to running a few times a week.

Travel the entire world.

Any notebook with blank pages in it. I live by the notebook! :)
