Butt of steel

This is what we hear at least 5 times during our BodyFlex class routine, specifically when doing this exercise (it might seem easy coz you're lying on the floor, but sure it's not!):

1.Lie on the floor and turn on the left-hand side. Stretch your left arm or - if you don't have any problem with your shoulders - rest on your left elbow. Put your right hand on your waist.

2. Make your body a straight line.

3. Bend your knees and glue you feet together.

For those who's on diet

Hi, guys!

Cannot resist to publish this lovely picture made in Manchester Airport last week.
It's worth tons of diet publications!

I'm for the strict discipline in eating but also for having some fun :)

Welcome, Lana. The only thing I know about Cyprus is that it is said to be very beautiful. And it is warm. Oh, I'd really love to go somewhere warm. :D

Thank you, Eve. The thing is that Cyprus is really beautiful but very-very small :)
"Warm" is to say the least. It's HOT most of the year.

I don't know what the use term is for, but personally, I like you, your ideas, and your "starving" husband...............:)

You live in a place different from everyone here, are well versed in different organized exercise programs, and have never lived in the USA. Hell, you're unique...........in a very good way.

Thank you Lisa, indeed!!
Yes, you have reminded me of my "starving husband". Well, if I had enough time I would design a separate blog just to share with the world all fun and pity to witness how the otherwise nice and reasonable person makes so unbelievably stupid things when it comes to diets and exercises!
Maybe I start tomorrow with a post on my personal blog yet. The title will be "To starve or not to starve: that is the question" (and we all know the answer!)

Hi Lana,

I have degrees from the University of San Diego in Finance and Literature, and two years of Post Graduate education in law school, two more to go. I was an Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch, and ran my own discretionary Money Management company before I moved on to the Derivative Insurance business. How are things going for you on Cyprus

Hi David,
Honestly, Cyprus is not the best place YET :) to advance in money management and investment banking but we are trying to catch up and also we have a solid presence of international business over here. So I'm quite happy but still look forward.
