Simply Baffled

Just Like Tonto Baby!
I started officially running last September. It was a HUGE undertaking because as a kid, I was asthmatic. I didn’t walk around with an inhaler but I did find that I got winded pretty easily. Basically, I had ZERO lung capacity. Even though I swam competitively as a teen, I did find that when the question of running came up, I simply told people that I couldn’t do it…and I never really tried to – until last September.
