Benefits of Green Tea

I posted a blog about The Magic of Yerba Maté before. The taste of it is not my favorite but I'm planning on giving more tries to get used to it.



To the contrary, I am a very Green Tea drinker. I have to admit I didn't like it at the beginning but little by little and knowing all the benefits, my taste changed.
