Health and nurition, who really eats 5-7 servings of fruit per day?

My wife and I found a convient way to get our child to eat his daily required fruit intake. We are busy and have little time to eat anti-oxidant rich fruits to help our bodies be the way it should be. We also started this program and have had significant changes physically it is wonderful.
