I just had my 30th weigh-in this morning and I have slashed 4lbs of fat this week. That is a total of 47lbs of fat burned since January 11th 2008.

As most of you know I have set myself a goal to reach 220lbs by January 31st 2009. When I started back in January 08 I tipped and broke the scales at 302lbs and now at 255lbs I am feeling fantastic!

A Great Day

I'm not sure how today could have gone any better for me. Every variable in my weight loss and fitness goals were running on all cylinders today. Today was Halloween so of course in the lunch room there was doughnuts, cider and enough candy for 1000 people. Instead of indulging I just stuck with my healthy meals and snacks that I packed for the day. Bringing Sexy Back!

Ok, so I haven't really blogged or posted here for a while and I decided that I needed to get back in the swing of things, for crying out loud! I'm New

I just joined and I'm not really sure what to put in this blog. I already have a blog in which I document my progress. I guess I could put up those entries here.

First a little background: I started my weight loss endeavor Jan 1, 2008 but I didn't get weighed. I boycotted my scale because I get obsessed with it.
