Sugar and Sodium - Which Cereals To Keep Your Eyes On

A new Consumer Report issued yesterday, revealed ratings for popular cereals that are high in sugar content. Golden Crisp and Honey Smacks were rated among the worst as being more than 50 percent sugar per serving -- that's about as much sugar as a glazed doughnut! Stand Tall

One of the questions I get asked most often by clients is how to improve posture. Many of us are troubled by back pains, and on top of that, we're reminded just how bad our posture is when we come across a picture of us showing the unflattering truth.
