We all need a reason (or two) to get up off the couch sometimes. Even fitness trainers sometimes need help finding the motivation to workout. Whether our occasional lack of desire is due to stress, recent illness, or just pure laziness; we all need that extra push sometimes. Here's a quick list of 25 reasons you should get up and, excuse the phrase, git er done. Feel free to add to the list!

2. Working out now is your best prevention against getting heart disease or osteoporosis later.
3. You'll sleep better tonight if you workout. Consistent exercise helps normalize sleep patterns.

5. Stave off diabetes - resistance training improves glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity.
6. Reduce the risk! Cardiorespiratory exercise has been shown to reduce risk for colon cancer and breast cancer.
7. No energy? Working out will improve your energy level.
8. Can't concentrate? Exercise improves mental focus. Yoga certainly helps improve focus.

10. Fend off the onset of psychological illnesses.
11. Free facial! Working out adds that radiant glow to your complexion.
12. Regular digestion. Enough said.
13. Do you get back pain on occasion? Exercise helps prevent back and neck pain.
14. Reduce joint discomfort -- and strengthen your joints for the future.
15. Exercise results in improved liver function. Remove fat and toxins from your body properly--protect your liver!
16. Improve your range of motion and flexibility. Don't be a stiff-neck.
17. Be cool, calm, and collected. Working out reduces your resting heart rate.
18. Don't trip! Exercise improves balance and coordination.

24. Resistance training defines muscles and gives you a more toned appearance.
25. You'll feel accomplished. It feels good to take care of yourself.
