I jumped on the scale today and it read 248 pounds which means I lost 6 pounds this week. Whats more amazing is that I have lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks since I have made a minor change in my diet. Since I have started my diet I have now lost 45 pounds overall. Its funny that a month ago I was frustrated as all hell because I was struggling trying to lose weight, but now my confidence is at an all time high. I actually have to go to the store today and buy a new belt because the ones I have are all too big. With that being said I still have a lot of work ahead of me. Right now the way I see it I have roughly 30 more pounds to lose before I can switch to a different goal. At 6ft 3 inches that will put me at roughly 218 pounds. We will see what that looks like when I get there. Also I think next weekend I am going to take some more pictures so I can compare them with my before pictures. Check out
