If you've recently visited my profile page , you'll notice a new feature.
What is this?
It’s a virtual Mashup map of my virtual walk across America.
This is important because today is Earth Day, and walking is one of the greenest activities you can participate in. Get fit, get green, get in shape and start your celebration of Earth Day off with a long walk.
My map is representative of my exercise goal and I’m determined to achieve it through dedication, hard-work and determination.
I feel so strongly about exercising, getting fit, and accomplishing my goals that I’m going to spend 2.5 years of my life to reach the other side of this great country.
Especially today because going green, walking, and exercising are all environmentally friendly and friendly to me.
Since I last arrived in Las Vegas, I’ve walked an additional 46 miles, and in a few more miles, I’ll be in Arizona.
Currently, I’m paralleling Route 15. Parts of it are a long stretch of emptiness, nothing but rolling flat flat, dry land and tundra. It gives one pause to think.
As you approached Las Vegas, you’ll enter via the Mountain Pass. It twists and turns up and down the mountain. Along the road, exits with the sole purpose of accessing privately held ranches was a new concept for me.
Be sure to walk slow, walk fast, and just walk to wherever you want to—be it the local grocery store.
What else could you wish for when the price of gas is free and virtual? So map out your virtual walking journey starting today, because
After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!
