My Butt Has Been Thoroughly Kicked.

By P90X Back and Biceps. Was I lifting huge amounts of weight, you ask? NO! I used 8 and 10 pounds! SHEESH!
I'm such a wuss,lol!

But I started teaching my class last Friday, and I've got a great group o' gals! I rode my bike to and from the gym, and it was so much fun! I think I'll keep doing that as long as the weather's good.

But I think I need some padded shorts. The padded liners just aren't cutting it!
Is that TMI?

8-10lb weights get very heavy very fast, thus, I don't use them too much, although, I'd like to work up to that level. Maybe I'll put that as my June Challenge........................:)

The padded liners are great. I found mine at REI, but I think most sporting goods stores carry them.
I think my thing with the weights was because we were only doing 12-15 reps, and the woman on the DVD was using 12, 15, and 20 pounds. I know I shouldn't compare myself to anyone else, but I wasn't expecting it to be so hard, lol!
