I wanted to share with you one of my new “friends” at the gym.

He’s called the Butt Blaster. I use it everyday at the gym. I can feel it’s effects on my ass as soon as I get off the machine, and I feel it when I get up in the morning—that’s a good thing. No Pain No Gain.

As my workout durations, frequency and intensity, and stamina increases, I’ll add more weight to get even better results. Makes sense doesn’t it?

Funny you should ask about the rear, cause I'm actually posting about Buns of Steel tomorrow on fitbottomedgirls.com. That workout, dated as it is, is still a good one. However, I mainly rely on running, squats and lunges...they firm a booty right up! :o)

Yupp, I'm a big fan of those squats and lunges. Do them everyday...............:)

I think Buns of Steel came out sometime in the late 80s and during that time I was either pregnant, nursing, or chasing after multiple toddlers. Buns of Steel wasn't high on my list...............LOL

Although, looking back, I would recommend to new mothers that they concentrate on their buns as well as all the other parts of their bodies.
