I wanted to share with you one of my new “friends” at the gym.
He’s called the Butt Blaster. I use it everyday at the gym. I can feel it’s effects on my ass as soon as I get off the machine, and I feel it when I get up in the morning—that’s a good thing. No Pain No Gain.

As my workout durations, frequency and intensity, and stamina increases, I’ll add more weight to get even better results. Makes sense doesn’t it?
