Friday Stress Relief - Laughing Yoga
I think most folks have seen this, but it is one of my favorite stress relieving videos on YouTube. Even funnier? He is serious - and laughing. I used to live in the Pasadena area, and he has a Yoga studio on Lake Ave. in Pasadena.

Thanks Lisa - I actually missed that one! In the laughing babies video I've seen the first one but hadn't seen the other two. Great way to start a saturday morning when your 16 month old daughter decides that 5:30 is a jolly good time to wake up for the day......... :)
