What a great concept—but let’s explore it further.
You don’t need to join a gym, and you can do it from the comfort of your own home, among other potential benefits.
Many bloggers have taken up the challenge of one hundred push ups, and it’s great to see so many blogging by doing. I admit I’m guilty as charged as are many other members of Iowa Avenue.
We’re doing the challenge.
I’ve been discussing my experience here, but wanted to expand and expound about it more, with an update for today’s Tight Ass Tuesday.
Today is the end of my Week 2 participation in the challenge, and in that vein, I decided to see how many push-ups I am able to do at week’s end by testing my “Exhaustion Test.”
I managed to do 17, which is an all time high for me, plus qualifies me to go on to the next level.
Considering where I started, all I can say is OMG!
Will doing Push-Ups give you a Healthy Lifestyle?
You bet!
I can already feel the push-ups in every part of my body. Not only it in my arms and shoulders, but also in my legs and ass.
By working out to reach the goal of being able to do 100 push-ups gives you more upper body strength; that leads to strengthening your entire body, which then leads to wanting for more—a healthier fit you.
I’m working my way to a healthy lifestyle via push-ups.
What about you? How is your challenge going? Have you made your goal/s?
What did your exhaustion test tell you?
Life is too short to spend sitting at your computer chair, so get up, lay down, and do a few push-ups, because,
After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!
