I don’t know about you, but when I eat right and exercise regularly, I feel incredibly sexy. And it only takes about a week of eating right and exercise to start feeling the effects.
Even though my body has not changed much in one week’s time, my attitude sure has! I feel more confident; when I look in the mirror I like what I see a bit more; there is a glow that radiates from me that others can see.
Other people really respond to the change as well, particularly my male friends. They stand a little closer, they smile a little more, the make a few more jokes to see me laugh. My husband stands back and basks in the afterglow knowing he will reap all the benefits.
It’s fun! Everyone gains. It feels like I am spreading sunshine!
