Iowa Avenue

Busy, busy boy nowadays especially since I'm working independently. Hence I didn't get the chance to re update my blog.

Anyways, voila!

I am now 86 kg (189.2 lbs).

I also have renewed my weekly workout schedule as well. Anyways I am looking forward to have a lean, sexy, muscular body in the future, which I don't exactly know when but I will have it one day. Actually to think of it, I never thought that I would love weightlifting. Yes, body aches at first but eh. I enjoy my new healthy life.

Now if only I can add few more inches into my height ... so that I can stop using this very smart excuse - "I'm not short. I'm just less taller than you."

Regards,

JJ

Random: I was offered to enter a reality TV show like Big Loser. I declined.

Congratulations on your weight loss!!! You've already created your reality TV, so you don't really need it.

I'm delighted to hear of your success! If you could pass on advice on how to succeed, what would you say? Truth be told, I'd love to be on a show like The Biggest Loser---but I'd be the chef helping people learn how to cook healthy! Good job man!

Gavan, an advice?

In order to succeed, you have to change your lifestyle completely. You need to morph your couch potato lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle. If you can create a healthy and positive lifestyle, losing weight will not be difficult at all. In fact you will hardly think about losing weight. Why? Because your new healthy lifestyle will take care of your weigh loss problem 'quietly' behind your back.

That's the best short advice that I could think of right now.

Well the representative of that reality show persuaded me with a good amount of money but I declined. I just don't see the purpose of entering the show. Okay, money is nice but I do not like the idea of exploiting my personal life for a reality TV show.
