Plan your menu, choose your recipes, cook your meal, and then, take a picture.
As the old adage goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words.”
I’ve created a new group called, “What’s for dinner?” so we can all share and exchange pictures of our creative healthy foods, meals, and recipes.
There are no limitations for sharing, so you’re welcome to share any type of meal or recipe that you’ve created.
Maybe you made a great Egg Wrap for breakfast or a creative vegetarian sandwich for lunch. Or you cooked a Salmon and Angel Hair Pasta with a vegetarian antipasto for dinner.
If you’re so inclined, include any other information and nutritional data that you think are useful for our members and readers.
Personally, I’m looking forward to sharing many great foods with the Iowa Avenue members.
