So I did drive about three hours today, but not as much as I thought I'd have to. I managed to fit in going to the gym (especially since this weekend Chris is starting to shoot his movie and it's going to be nuts). Today's workout was the same as yesterday's-- 5 min warmup walk, then 60 seconds running, 90 seconds walking until I hit 25 minutes.
Everything went well! I paid attention this time to the distance: 1.71 miles. I'll pay attention to that as the "running" part begins to outweigh the walking part.
I need new workout music. I love all the songs on my list, but it's not enough of a beat. I'll have to go through my iTunes and find stuff that's louder and pumpier. Any suggestions?
The only thing that annoyed me was that there was a line for the treadmills and when there's a line, there's a 30 minute time limit for each cardio machine and the girl next to me was up to 35 minutes and was still going. Obnoxious.
Next day will probably be Monday! Have a good weekend, all.
