You can follow my Walking of the Weight Journey on my blog titled Walker Talk. I am on a mission to loose these 50 extra pounds before my son's wedding in Ocotber 2008. My Daily Average step goal is 10 Thousand Steps. On my blog I track not only my steps per day, my weightloss progress but I also post articles that highlight the importance of walking and it's effects on the overall well being of the body.

I'm not sure how to guage that yet. My goal is to lose whatever I can before the wedding.

I wish you good luck with your weight-loss goal and objectives--just think, your goal can indeed extend beyond the wedding. I'm sure that you are aware of this so keep up the good work.

I thinking more like 4-5 pounds a week.
