Blurt: Yahoo!!! I’ve Lost Over 100 Pounds!!!

Milestone accomplished! I have now lost a total of 112 pounds!!! Yes, that’s right, One Hundred and Twelve Pounds!!! I am so excited! I have been thinking for awhile now I had reached this milestone but I have not been able to go weight in. But today, I finally had the opportunity. It feels so good! As many of you know I have been following the Weight Watchers® Plan and it is definitely working for me.

I have used this plan in the past but really was not committed to changing my lifestyle. I am convinced it takes a lifestyle change. It is really a question of balance making sure I eat less calories than I burn. I track the foods I eat to insure I am getting the right amount and not overindulging. I also plan for the things I love to eat like chips and cookies. I do all of this using their plan of counting points utilizing the Weight Watcher’s website. They have a tool called Points® Tracker which is ideal for me to do this. You do not necessarily have to use Weight Watchers®, but it works for me. (To learn more about journaling read my article, Blurt: Journal and Succeed.)

Committing to your goals is the main ingredient to achieving them. I do not feel hungry. I do not starve myself. I eat nutritiously and exercise regularly. I feel I will achieve complete success and reach my end goal because it is a lifestyle change. I enjoy living a healthier life. It feels good to go out in the morning and exercise on my balcony. I am enjoying life and have maintained a positive attitude in striving toward my goals. Sure, I have stumbled now and then. Yes, I have those periods of self-doubt. There are days when I don’t feel like exercising and eating well. I do experience these things and I’m sure you will too. But, if we get back up on that horse, if we don’t beat ourselves up about our failures, we can regain control and get back on track. I am on my way to living a happier and healthier lifestyle. I have faith if you take it one step at a time, you will succeed. Read the pages of my blog or contact me if you need help. Have faith in yourself. We CAN and WILL do it! Take care and God bless.

Congratulations, Brian. That's quite an achievement to be sure. You should be very proud of your accomplishment because, essentially, you've saved your life through adjustments across the board.

In case you didn't know it, the founder's of Iowa Avenue, created real time, online software where you are able to use their real-time databases, and menu planning, to create your long term weight objectives, and to be able to customize your meal plans, meals, and other life factors such as how many calories you expend, etc.

It's free. Check it out at Weight1Minute.com. It's also on the links to IA's side bars. I know that they used major software engineers to create this multi-year application which is still one of the most advanced in the marketplace.

It's a bit different than WeightWatcher or other sites, because it doesn't use points and is an agnostic engine, because it lets you plan your own meals, and follow your own course, no matter what you do, or program that you follow as well.
