If you have spent any time in home health care physical therapy, you can't help but notice the less then ethical practices that are depleting our Medicare dollars faster than they can be replenished.

I have watched home health care PT go from a caring, patient centered profession to a mind boggling fraudulent business.
PT is forced on patients even when they don't want it, violating patient rights.
PT's are forced to see patients who are clearly not homebound, are not following the plan of care or who simply don't need PT.
I could go on and on...
In a collapsing economy the world says it's ok to fudge to keep a good job... I say that you will always be honored and recognized as the gold standard PT if you but stand up and speak out.
