All of your myths are spot on. They are some of the most common, harmful fitness myths around. It's all part of the never ending battle against weight room ignorance. Also, I feel that you should link to at least one of the myths posts so that we can find it easier. =)

But hey you should totally find a way to enable pretty permalinks on your website. It is SO much better for SEO if your URLs looked like http://trimnasium.com/diet-plans/5-weight-loss-myths-part-1-of-5/ instead of the p=5 junk.
