Iowa Avenue

It takes a lot of motivation to get started in an exercise plan. Once I had some health insurance quotes that suggested a fitness regimen would lower the rates of coverage. It was a big motivator to save money if I checked into a gym program. Saving money turned out not to be the biggest benefit. The biggest benefit is how much better I felt a few months into the program. It does take some dedication to begin but with perseverance, produces some great results.

Your "just do it" advice is right on the money. I used to wake up and re-consider every day if I would work out or not. Now I just work out as soon as my alarm goes off and I'm done for the day!
