Exercise is the best way to increase your energy levels, or so they say. I've yet to have had it happen to me though. I've been exercising for approximately two months and I still am dragging with no energy each and every day. I've asked many people, "So when does this magical increase in energy kick in?" and no one seems to be able to tell me. Someone just mentioned to me that it might be because I am only exercising approximately three days a week, so maybe I should start exercising more. I'm so tired of not having any energy.

Exercise in general usually makes one feel better. You might want to see a physician about why you're not feeling well.

I'm not sure about this "magical increase in energy". I know that since I have started exercising and eating healthier I feel better. I don't lose my breath as easily, I am able to do more things, I sleep longer and better, and I have a more positive attitude. I do feel more energetic all around but it is not like a burst of energy it is more my body feels better which gives me more energy. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it well enough for you to understand but that is what I experience. Hope that helps. Have a great day.

Well, I have been noticing that when I have been getting more sleep that I have more energy. Duh, I've always been told that but I haven't been formally noticing until I have actually been writing about my daily habits and analyzing the way that I am feeling. I also notice that on the days that I am exercising more, I tend to need more sleep or I will have no energy the next day.
