I have tried a number of diets and they seem to work out short term!! Then when I stop the weight goes back on.
I put a stone on last year and that was down to hormone medication.
However when I could not fasten my jeans I decided thathaving 50 pairs was my motivation to lose 1 stone.
I found and joined this site called weight talk and have lost 7lb since December following the meal and exercise plans and it is really simple. I have now inbedded in my brain that I need to burn more calories than I take in.

I don't deny myself any foods I eat everything in moderation. I still have my Friday take away nights and if I overindulge one day as you sometines do ..... I just do more exercise at the gym. I add an extra 30 minutes jogging or do a aerobic class to ensure I burn the calories.....
I remeber the days when I tried slimfast and all I used to do when I was on it was to crave food all day...
I am so glad I have now left those days behind me. I don't crave any foods now I have a much more sensible approach as I have a on-line food dairy, an area where I place my goals and I must point out these are realistic goals!!!
I have maintained my 7lb weight loss and have not fluctuated. I now want to lose another 8lb and then I willbe at my ideal weight. I have given myself 3 months to complete this task and if I fail. I have written everything I eat and exercise and will look at this to see how I cvan shift any weighht I might not lose. But hey I will not be negative I will lose that weight!!!
