Iowa Avenue

I folks, it's been a while since you've seen my ugly mug in this place :-P Before I moved from Indonesia I had to stay in a hotel for a month and that didn't help with my weight loss, along with the stress of getting my wife's visa.

The move back to Scotland went well, but then here without a job, and six months later I still don't have a job, but still pressing on.

I hit a low point for about 2 months and piled on a good few pounds and have been scraping my way back into some sort of routine and maybe some pounds would start to come off again.

I hit this up one pound one week, then down one pound the next week, then up again the next week.

Just before Christmas (Happy BELATED Christmas and Happy New Year to you all by the way) I decided to meet with a personal trainer and have him look at my nutrition plan, and see what I have been eating and how it could be changed.

This was a great encouragement as he looked through all my meals and said that there's nothing really that needs to be changed.

So with that I arranged some sessions to have a look at my workouts, this would prove to be invaluable to my fat loss!

So two weeks have passed and the first week I dropped 7lbs, and then last week blasted through and I have lost another 6lbs! WHOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!! :-)

This week, week 3 and I am still going strong with my personal trainer (selling things on eBay and doing graphic design projects for cash) and I will for at least one month.

I have been keeping a video journal of my results that you can have a look at :-) Click here to go to my blog to have a look at my videos, I will also put them up on Iowa Avenue later.

Well I'll stop rattling on :-) but be prepared because I'M BACK!! :-)

Take care,
Andrew

Welcome back & congratulations! Keep your good work.

As for being unemployed... you are not the only one. Here in the US job is scarce... :(
