My soul-sister Seva is turning a glorious 51 this week. Wow... what a great age. It's no longer 50 but still has the same grace and wisdom that turning 50 brings. It's a gift - one year wiser - one year more in touch with her Self. For those of you who do not have the pleasure of knowing Seva... let me tell you a little about her.

She is a Reiki Master/Teacher who is very gifted with past life healing. She is able to go back into the lives of her relatives (Great Great Grandparents etc.) and heal them - and this causes great growth and change within her family (and extended family) in this time and space. She also has the ability of knowing when someone is going to die. When her Mom was in the hospital - she knew who would live through their dis-ease and who would not. She spend a great deal of time Reikiing all those whom she met there. She has many students who benefit greatly from her enlightened state of being and her open, loving channel of nurturing and guidance which she offers to all who cross her path.

Even those she doesn't have a fondness for are gifted the benefit of her kindness, her love and a little shot of Reiki as they go along their way. Amazingly enough even those who are the most hurtful towards her seem to come around later and thank her for being her. Honestly I don't think she has the ability to be unkind or hurtful. She's a truly enlightened soul!

She has the editing eye of an eagle. This woman doesn't miss a thing with the magazine. She is our 'final' editor. She goes over the magazine after all of us have done our job and finds sooooooo many things we've all missed. Without her the magazine would not be as it is. I cannot imagine publishing an issue without her - and I hope I never have to experience that. (((hugs)))

She is truly grateful for all she has. She finds bliss in the smallest moments. Sitting by the river - watching other people or just simply focusing on her Self... even strangers can tell she's up to something amazing - stopping and asking her what she's doing/channelling/experiencing in that moment. She's usually sending someone Reiki as she sits there... being her usual giving self.

She is a great support person to have in your life. She's supported me through much over the years. I know I could have gotten through all those lessons without her... but I choose to have her here, by my side... sending me Reiki and lovingly listening to me whinge. (That's Australian for whine - and my Seva is Australian!)

The article I shared in the post below this one was written about her and I've written many other ones because of her influence in my life. She is a source of inspiration for me.

So I would love to propose a kindness here... a thought... a wish... "I ask the Goddess for my Sissy's greatest good in all she does. Please bring her an abundance of love - an abundance of kindness and an abundance of happiness as she walks this earthly plain of existance." So mote it be, blessed be and it harm none, do as ye will. namaste' *head bowed in respect*

Happy Birth Day to my Sissy and Happy Birthing Day to her Mama.

love,
Aleesha
